2. Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Killa Conversions from the Effective Date listed above.

2.1 Orders
To place an order, customers must contact Killa Conversions directly for pricing, freight, and payment details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and intended conversion information. No orders will be shipped on a Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) basis.

2.2 Payment

Australian orders must be paid via Visa, MasterCard, or direct bank deposit.

Export orders will be supplied GST-free only where all export documentation is provided and the delivery address is outside Australia or via a freight forwarder.

Import/export duties, taxes, and associated charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are quoted once goods have been packaged for dispatch. A separate freight invoice will be issued prior to shipment.
Where Killa Conversions arranges delivery, the risk of loss or damage remains with Killa Conversions until goods are delivered to the customer, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Where customers arrange their own freight, risk transfers upon collection by the nominated carrier.
Claims for damaged, missing, or lost goods must be lodged promptly with the freight carrier. Transit insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy
4.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase

Goods must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging

Special-order, custom-made, or specially imported items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Modified goods and individual kit components are non-returnable
Approved change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

4.2 Faulty Goods & ACL Rights
No restocking fee applies to faulty goods, goods not as described, or where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Notice
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

All returns must be sent via a trackable freight service. Customers are responsible for secure packaging. Killa Conversions is not liable for lost return shipments.

4.4 Return Freight Costs
Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Killa Conversions’ error, incorrect description, or a faulty product, in which case reasonable freight costs will be reimbursed.

5. Fitment & Compatibility Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility of parts with their vehicle and intended application prior to purchase. Vehicle modifications, prior alterations, or variations may affect fitment. Killa Conversions is not responsible for incompatibility arising from incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied information.

6. Installation Responsibility
Unless expressly stated, Killa Conversions does not provide installation services. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. Killa Conversions accepts no responsibility for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation or use of supplied goods.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Killa Conversions’ liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to, at our option:

8. Force Majeure

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
