Any performance figures discussed or published are estimates only and may vary due to vehicle condition, supporting modifications, tuning, environmental conditions, fuel quality, and operating practices.

Performance outcomes are not covered by this Warranty.

8. Engineering & Compliance Responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Killa Kustom Kables Pty Ltd does not warrant that supplied components or conversions will comply with:

  • State or territory engineering certification requirements

  • Emissions, registration, or roadworthiness regulations in all jurisdictions

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including engineering approval and vehicle registration.
